How to prepare:

Schedule a Virtual Orientation with John and Jessica to tour the space, answer your questions, and learn more about your cat(s).

Complete a detailed checklist and contract before virtual orientation.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total service is due 30 days before the boarding start date or when booking the service if the reservation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled boarding.

At drop-off, bring the comforts of home: bedding, litter box, litter, food bowls, toys, and whatever will make your cat(s) feel most at home.

Your location doesn't matter, as you come to us. You drop off and pick up in the Mill Creek area.
