 Jessica the Owner, has 15 years of experience in the service industry working for Marriott International and 20-plus years of experience providing personal pet care. Jessica grew up having a Chow Chow, Ring Neck Parrot, rabbits, multiple cats and rode horses until age 15. Since college Jessica has had cats as part of her family. Jessica is a Volunteer Adoption Counselor for Purrfect Pals Cat Shelter since 2009, the 2009 and 2010 Volunteer Coordinator and 2011 Board Member for the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. Her passion is in providing a clean, safe, and loving environment for all animals.
 Amber is our Pet Sitter/Dog Walker covering Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Amber's babies include a one year old American Eskimo, Souki and a three year old Long Hair Tabby, Calcifer. Amber is currently finishing up her Associates Degree and hopes to be a Veterinarian one day. Amber's quiet nature has won over many shy cats in her care. "I love being able to keep all the pets company while their owners are away"
 Claire is our Pet Sitter/Dog Walker for the Kirkland and Redmond area. Claire originates from Southern California with a background in customer service in the booking and event industry. Growing up Claire cared for cats, kittens, puppies, Golden Retrievers, horses and birds. Her current baby is a Welsh Corgi, Carson. “I really enjoy providing this type of customer service because of the peace of mind we are providing to the owner – they are able to take their great vacation or go to work while still knowing that their loved pet is having a great day too.”
 Rebecca is our Overnight Pet Sitter. Rebecca currently is an Optician Apprentice, her hours allow time and flexibility to care for pets overnight. Rebecca grew up here on the east side surrounded by dogs, cats and horses. “Animals are so neat, and each one has such a different personality. I believe that earning trust with animals is such a rewarding experience and key to a positive interaction”
 VP of Office Operations - Leo is 13 years old. Leo has now found himself as the oldest but still acts like the middle child of the group and can be a little neurotic at times, he likes to eat paper. He loves to spend the day on his heater bed relaxing in the sun.
 VP of Security - Salvestor is 10 years old. He weighs 19 pounds and his doctor once said he is the Shaq of Cats. He is the Alpha Male of the house. He loves to be petted, cuddle, sleep on Jessica's chest, play with his little sister Libby and insists on greeting all visitors by sniffing their face.
 VP of Fun and Games - Eddy is 5 years old, the teenager of the group. He loves to play with the Feline Pine nuggets and likes to dip his toys in the toilet so he can throw them in the air and watch the water fling. He is a one-woman cat and can take time to warm up to other humans.
 Super Model - Libby Mary Dwyer, is our 1 year old and a special girl who joined our family at a special time. We adopted Libby from Purrfect Pals in November 2010. Libby and her litter were brought to Purrfect Pals with no Mommy so she had to be bottle fed as a kitten. This has had an influence on her life; she's super friendly, bold, bosses her brothers around and still to this day nurses on her own nipple. She's our Silly Little Girl!
